This dry process Rwanda is a highly-rated coffee sourced from smallholder farmers near Lake Kivu. The ground coffee opens with dark chocolate, ripe berries, and tropical accents. The more prominent notes to this coffer were ripe melon, peaches, and blackberry skins. All of which rest atop a foundation of Medjool dates and dark chocolate. 

Take your time with this one, as this is a coffee that will grow sweeter as it cools.
