Shipping policy

All orders are roasted fresh on Sundays. 

Orders placed between Sunday 12:00 am CST through Saturday11:59 pm CST are processed the following Sunday for shipping.

Examples:

• An order that is placed Sunday at 12PM will be processed the following Sunday 
• An order that is placed Friday at 10AM will be processed the following Sunday

When an order leaves our facility, we expect arrival times to line up with estimates. If an order is lost and the post office cannot locate or resolve the issue, contact us to find a solution.
