This is a fruit‑forward natural that shows off some of the cleaner fruit notes you can find in an Ethiopia. The grinds themselves give off a red velvet and caramel scent, while the brewed cup presented with me floral notes such as honeysuckle and a juicy sweetness you can get from a ripe melon. There are certainly other layers of sweetness to this cup, that are a delight to discover. 

Take your time with this one, as this is a coffee that will grow sweeter as it cools.
